How do we do it?
- with 4 to 20 attendees, best with 16 (4 teams of 4 persons, with 4 laptops on 4 tables)
- initial presentations of PaR, then lots of interaction & discussions
- we'll be working in 4 teams on standards, processes, products, projects - rotating once
- hands-on with R4J (Requirements for Jira, from ease solutions)
- a prepared sample setup will be provided that can be completed and modified
